If this is true and if the recording exists proving it is true, then that judge should be held accountable!

I noticed how the lawyer was asking for the judge to be barred from retaliating against him. That means judges can retaliate against other offers of the court even when the other other officers of the courts (lawyers, et al.) are in the right! In any other company who has a Human Resources department, there are usually policies in place automatically prevent retaliation.

In the legal system, retaliation = damaged reputation + potentially high fines, thus causing major ripple effects for those involved.

If this lawyer is really working that hard for his clients, WE NEED MORE GOOD LAWYERS DOING THE RIGHT THING LIKE THIS GUY! This is proof that when you do the right thing by your client, it will be made known far and wide.
