Cook With US 27 Black Bean Vegan Soup
Just the Staple of the kitchen.
Black beans vegan soup lasts and works year round. Even if you live where its warm and your not ready for soup..
SImple Base. Warm black beans with oil and then puree with almond milk.
Add
- 3 Color sweet peppers
- Serrano Peppers, Or alt pepper to your heat preference.
- Half Onion
- Seasonings. Featuring Cumin
Simmer then top with broken chips and avocado.
This is a staple bc its easy and delicious. My gf also will not eat store bought soup now that she knows I can make this. So for the last 2.5 years its as important to be in the frig as choc almond milk or lettuce. Get a staple for your winter right here with great protein and low calories.
I can understand why this would be a staple. Sounds nice and thick. Plus I like that it's not fussy to make. Your girlfriend got it right to not eat store-bought soup if she can have something as delicious as this!

This is simple and hearty! I will definitely be making this one. The chips add a great textural contrast to this soup and a perfect way to use up all the broken chips in the bottom of the bag.
