Hi @maritza! Welcome to @cookwithus! Thank you for sharing this very unique dish with us. I have never cooked or eaten lizard before. I guess the closest that I have eaten is alligator. I love your story about how this dish came to be. So many of the great dishes of the world are made with the most economical ingredients. Throughout time people have used whatever is available to make something new and special. That is what you have done with your lizard stew. I would love to be able to try this dish.
