I'm a big fan of wraps too. It is a great way to use up a little bit of leftovers. Your wrap is great with bright and refreshing flavors. It is interesting that your salmon is so light in color. Do you know where it is from? Our salmon in the States is deeper in color and can also be red. It is salmon season now here so we are eating a lot of wild salmon from Alaska. Thanks for your entry.
