I tried to make my style super easy to follow - even if someone has never followed a recipe before, they should be able to follow mine. We have a generation of young adults who have not been taught how to cook - which is scary! I hope to make cooking accessible to them.

These pancakes are only as sweet as you make them too, so a good option for someone who doesn't do a lot of sweet.
