Exactly! I feel like so many people are missing out on the flavorful and nutritious benefits of bones. There's so many minerals and compounds in the sinews, marrow, and cartilage that just aren't found in the meat. We love making stews with bones--everything separates out into the broth, and it is the most amazing flavor.

As folks who are planning to raise our own meat, we also really like how it is a more "nose-to-tail" approach too, rather than letting there be waste of the animal. Recipes sound delicious!
