Beetroot stuffed with chicken, rice and bell pepper

Ingredients

• 4–6 beets;
• salt - to taste;
• 1 onion;
• 1 Bulgarian pepper;
• 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
• 200 grams of cooked rice ;
• 250 g of boiled chicken fillet;
• ground black pepper - to taste;
• a few sprigs of dill;
• a few sprigs of parsley.
  
  

Cooking

Cook the beets in salted boiling water. Cut the onion and pepper in small cubes and fry in hot oil until golden brown.

Put in a pan rice, diced chicken, salt, pepper and chopped greens. Stir and remove from heat. Clean the beetroot pulp and fill with the prepared mixture.
