Ingredients

• 4 tablespoons lime juice;
• 3 teaspoons of lime peel;
• 60 ml of red wine vinegar;
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce;
• 1 tablespoon honey;
• 80 ml of olive oil;
• 1 chopped clove of garlic;
• ½ teaspoon paprika flakes or ground red pepper;
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin;
• ½ teaspoon of salt.
  
  

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients in a container with a tight-fitting lid.
Shake well and put in the refrigerator for at least half an
hour. Shake well before use.
