Chicken in French

Chicken in French - this is a delicious diish, which has nothing to do with the cuisine of France. One of the simplest and most accessible recipe. Chicken is very tender, and potatoes are fragrant.

Ingredients

• 1 kg of chicken feillets;
• Salt and black ground pepper - to taste;
• 6 potatoes;
• 3 tomatoes;
• 2 onions;
• 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise;
• 1 teaspoon crushed dried basil;
• 200 g of hard cheese;
• sunflower oil for lubrication.
  
  

Preparation

Wash, dry and cut the chicken into medallions about 1 cm thick. If desired, the meat can be slightly discouraged. Each piece of salt with salt and pepper. Let the meat stand for a couple of hours. If possible, let it marinate all night, but in this case, keep it in the refrigerator.

When the meat is prepared, peel and cut into potatoes. So do with tomatoes. Cut the onions into rings.

Mix mayonnaise with basil. Cheese rub on a coarse grater.

Grease the deep pan or baking sheet with sunflower oil. Lay out layers: chicken, onions, potatoes, mayonnaise, tomatoes, cheese.

Bake for 60 minutes at 180 ° C.
