How to make spinach roll with cheese

Ingredients
Two garlic buds
20 grams Cheddar Cheese
20 grams mozzarella cheese
One spoon tomato puree
Two teaspoons white sauce
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder to taste
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Milk - 1 cup milk
Spinach 100 grams finely chopped
An egg solution
Three tablespoons butter
Two finely chopped onions
Cooking
First of all, add flour, milk and egg solution.
Whisk it well and then take a non-stick pan.
Keep the gas in sync, then add butter to it.
After it melts, add wheat and egg solution to it.
Bake it till it becomes golden from both the sides and make a crepe in the same way from the entire solution.
For Stuffing
For this, put butter in a pan and keep it on medium flame.
Then add onion, garlic and spinach and fry it on high heat.
After this, add cheddar cheese, white sauce, salt and pepper powder and cook for 2 minutes.
Remove from the flame and spread this mixture on the craps and fold it.
Add tomato puree to it and grate mozzarella cheese and then place them in an oven plate.
