Salmon with pomegranate sauce
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 fillets or salmon steak;
- 250 ml of pomegranate juice;
- 2 tablespoons of sugar;
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar;
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil;
- ¾ teaspoon dried thyme;
- ½ teaspoon of salt;
- 1½ teaspoons ground ginger.
PREPARATION :
Preheat the oven to 200 ºС. Put the salmon on a foil-lined baking sheet, oil, sprinkle and sprinkle with thyme.
Bake for 10 minutes or until the fish starts to be easily separated with a fork.
While the salmon is being cooked, mix pomegranate juice, sugar, vinegar and ginger in a saucepan. Bring to medium heat until boiling. Boil for 8-10 minutes until the liquid thickens. Before serving, pour the fish with this sauce.
