Baked Chicken Breast with Potato
- 1 chicken breast with skin;
- salt - to taste;
- 2 sprigs of marjoram or oregano;
- ground black pepper - to taste;
- ½ red chili;
- 2 potatoes;
- 3-4 tablespoons of low-fat cream;
- ground nutmeg - to taste;
- a little olive oil.
Rub the breast with salt, pepper and chopped leaves of marjoram or oregano. Peel the chillies and cut into thin slices. Place the chicken in the center of the baking dish and sprinkle on the chili.
Slice the potatoes into small- medium pieces and distribute it around the chicken breast. Pour cream over the potatoes and season with nutmeg, salt and pepper.
