How to Make Kaiserschmarrn | Shredded Pancakes
This is true imperial food. Have you ever heard of Austrian Kaiserschmarrn pancakes?
You'll need:
Jam
1 handful of berries
rosemary
cinnamon
50 g of sugar
lemon juice
1 shot of rum
Dough
2 egg yolks
75 g of sugar
1 vanilla
half cup of melted butter
1 cup of milk
1 cup of flour
2 egg whites
Full recipe :
At first make a jam.
Into the pot add berries, rosemary, cinnamon, sugar, lemon juice, rum and cook it until you'll get the necessary consistency.
After your jam is ready prepare your dough.
Into a bowl add egg yolks, sugar, melted butter, milk, flour and mix it until you get smooth consistency. Then add your whipped whites and lightly fold them to get the air into the dough.
Add butter to a hot pan and add your dough. After few minutes cut and flip your dough. Add sugar, butter, rum and start to flambe.
Serve on the pan along with jam and sprinkle some sugar on top.
Bon appetit.

It's a cool video! I like that hand appearing every time on different side :) It looks good. And the yellow background is a good choice.
I have never had a standard kauserschmarrn as the first time I have heard about it I was already vegan. I have tried the vegan version and I loved it. It's so easy, cheap and delicious. And it doesn't even need to look good :) The messier, the better :)
Thank you for sharing and have a great Sunday!
@delishreats thank you for your feedback, glad you liked it :) We decided to change our background for spring season, it's nice to hear you also love it. Never tried vegan version but will give it a try! Thanks a lot again take care :)
