I used the maximum of all the ingredients you listed initially.

I never cease to be amazed by spinach's ability to shrink! It was a side-dish to feed two people.

I needed to add salt, so the soy sauce alone didn't do it, so maybe you're right in adding more.

It had a good taste and a lasting aftertaste (which I enjoy cos they keep giving after you're long finished). But I feel all these dishes should be eaten together for maximal enjoyment!

Thanks for sharing. Glad you tried. I always start with less salt or soy sauce because adding nore is easy. I agree side dishes go best with more side dishes.
