Cutlets from minced turkey: recipe with cheese!

We offer you today for lunch to try the recipe from Akado.in.ua: extraordinarily tender, juicy, soft, delicious burgers and vkusnyuschie minced turkey.

Cutlets from minced turkey - Ingredients:

700 g turkey fillet,

2 eggs,

50 g of cheese,

50 g of butter,

2 tbsp. spoons of milk,

3-4 cloves of garlic,

70 ml of vegetable oil,

2-3 sprigs of thyme,

breadcrumbs or flour for breading,

ground coriander to taste

ground black pepper to taste

Salt to taste.

Cutlets from minced turkey - cooking:

turkey fillets through a meat grinder. Cheese rub on a coarse grater. Finely cut garlic.

Add in minced turkey eggs, grated cheese, half the melted butter, coriander, pepper, salt, pour the milk and stir.

Thoroughly knead stuffing. Detachable small portions and form patties of minced meat. To beef does not stick to hands, wet them with water or oil.
