Delegation Request for #contestalerts project
On this 500 day, I like to make a request from the Steemit team and whoever loves this list.
🐭 What is #contestalerts?
#contestalerts is the easiest way to find #contests on the Steemit platform. For exactly 500 days I've been listing out all the contests on day to day basis.
🐭 Why should you delegate?
I simply think I make some sort of contribution towards motivating contest organizers as well as contest participants. Daily I curate all the contests which are published within that 24 hours. Moreover, winning publications and winners from contests.
My VP rarely rest on 100% as I'm always available in the platform curating contest manually.
If I have more curating power, I can enhance my watch and it will be benefited both organizers and the contest winners.
🐭 Is there any delegation limit?
There is no limit. You can share whatever amount you are comfortable with. If you think your SP is just on your wallet without taking any use, now you have a chance to make it useful for the benefit of the platform. There are many users who do not take advantage of voting for others' publications for various reasons. But now they have a choice.
🐭 I love to delegate, but I don't know how to delegate.
Well, you can simply use https://steemworld.org/ to delegate. As a first step, Sign In using your private key. From the homepage.
Go to the Dashboard tab and click
(01). Delegations
(02). Delegate
(03). To Account = disconnect
(04). Amount SP = 1000
Once you click Ok, there will be a pop-up window to Confirm Delegation click Yes to proceed.
The next pop-up will ask for your Private Active Key, simply enter your key and click Yes to finish the delegation.
If you have successfully done it, you can see your delegation on the Outgoing tag. You can remove the delegation whenever you want just by clicking the cross mark.

🐭 What do I get by delegating?
We all love to invest if we get something back, don't we? So, I'm not here to ask anything free. Your delegations will be handsomely rewarded at every month's end calculating your share from the curation reward. Your reward details will be updated on a google sheet.
I do not wish to promise votes for your publications. If you organize a contest, then "YES", I will definitely vote for your contest. Other than that you won't have anything from me.
To kick start things, I will give 05 Steem Powers to the first 10 Steemians who delegate more than 500 SP.

Your support is the fuel for my enthusiasm for this project. I appreciate it very much. I've seen 500 days continuously and want to go 500 more before I'm going to have one day off.
I would love to request a small amount of delegation from the team (@steemcurator01) if it is only possible. Any suggestion/criticism to improve this list in the next coming days would be great.

Congratulations on publishing 500 Contest Alerts - that is a major achievement.
Regarding a delegation, we now have the Team Millionaire Community Curator account that is particularly targeting contests.
Maybe you would like to apply for that for November.
One small point - you have 2700 STEEM in your wallet. Would it be better to power that up before asking for delegations?

Regarding the wallet balance,
This 2050 Steem is resting on SAVINGS for an emergency (personal requirement). I do NOT want to power down if some personal issue come alone on my way to 1000 days. My goal was to increase this amount by 5% every time I make 1000 Steem power up (50 Steem at a time).
The rest of the 700 is going to power up soon. Probably in searching for my next dolphin 🙂
I appreciate your every effort and hard work in summarizing all the contests into one page, I as part of the contest organizers get firsthand how our contests can be reached by many users.
Regarding delegates, I don't have much SP, but I will support your good initiative, namely by giving 500 SP delegates for the first stage, I will increase the number of delegates when I have enough SP later.
Maybe this is very small, but I'm sure being in your account will be able to support a lot of things.

Actually I really liked your idea to reward the delegators in just form of rewards with calculation at the end of month. Not to vote on every single post of delegators, this is fair, and extra ordinary work you will do.
