🐺 [Entry] Crayon Contest - erodedthoughts
The contest
so @erodedthoughts came up with a contest that brought out the kid in all of us.
A contest to make a drawing only using crayons (so no under drawing no nothing just crayons)
I considered going full on kid and just crayon on the wall... (Heck... I'm sure that would have been an instant win right there...) But as I am currently visiting my parents... I am sure that would have resulted in me sleeping in a cardboardbox outside for the rest of my stay here....
So I stuck to old boring paper....
Let's start with the end result
As this is what you people get to see in the preview... how lovely would it be to be able to choose the preview pic... So the first picture would not immediately be of the end result destroying the anticipation...
The tools
Luck had it that there were no crayons to be found anywhere...
So I started to search at shops nearby... None to be found you'd almost start to think that this town hates kids....
Any how at a grocery store I found these badboys (Insert sarcams sign)
So off we start

I was planning on taking regular process pictures... But I got carried away.
SO... Here is the result (again)

Finding a legit way to cheat is always an exiting brain exercise :P
It's like (almost) everyone has at least thought once on how to rob that bank or armored car...

Haha they indeed are... But the only ones I could find.
My initial thought was to draw the monster you made him with crayon :P But in the end I decided it would be better to do my own thing :)

Well that was quite fun @wolv! Can't believe you couldn't find crayons! What is this world coming to, anyway? I love the angle from which you drew this image, the rainbow, and of course, what is there not to love about imagination?

Yeah right!? I remember when I was a kid crayons could be found anywhere... You couldn't go outside without tripping over a box of them... Clearly this world is ending.

OMG you're right! The world is ending! I remember the coveted large pack with the sharpener on the box. What has the world come to?
I guess rebeering could help ease the pain and suffering from the crayon shortage. Gratefully there is still an abundance of broken and used ones for those of us who refuse to buy from stores and support the tax/consumption based realities.
I hope a whole new world will be built and still include crayon pieces and a really good ice cold homemade beer!

Haha considering they just redid the whole house... I am pretty sure I would be lynched... If it was my house I would have done it in a heartbeat :')
Yes right! No more having to start the post with the final result... it does kinda ruin the process pictures, I hope some dev pics it up :) Maybe for now I'll just add a little thumbnail picture myself or something... I'll figure it out haha.

hahaha yeah that crayon... damn... but it works! and it is a crayon! that's what matters. I considered going a town over and try my luck there... but then I decided "You know what... having an extra challenge might be fun"
