The Deadpost Initiative is an attempt to breath life into posts that are no longer among us in the realm of payout. Posts that are over a month old and received a payout of less than $5 are eligible to win SBD. This is not just an empty chance to win money, the purpose is also to generate discussion among posts which authors put hard work into but which may have gone overlooked.
Most weeks we see 2-3 winners with prizes of $4-5SBD. If you can help us by upvoting and resteeming we will be able to raise the reward pool. Ideally I would like to be able to award $20+ to 5+ authors a week, and help those authors get the exposure they deserve. In order to do that we need your help. We've already seen a great amount of support from minnows. Stick around and please help us reach some whales if you can, as just a little more whale support will allow us to greatly increase the reward pool!

It's wonderful of you to host a contest such as this to support the community! There are many people who would love another chance to gain attention with their previous works. Thank you for the time and effort you put into this contest.
