You can tag someone in a comment or go to them directly and point them here. But I want people read the simple rules and understand who I'm looking for before asking for a delegation. Think that it's not to much to ask for someone to write a quick comment for an entry. If it's someone that is having serious issues for RC's they can also contact me on discord (thedarkhorse #6765).
