I love the video! I remember the first time you showed up in whaleshares and shared your video, that was amazing and lifted everybody's spirits and for that alone you deserve more than you got!

Hehe It's a fun dynamic way to follow along and excercise. I like how it begins with some Yoga style movement. Moving the body is a fun way to get the energy in and around your body flowing in a more dynamic way. It looks like you had a lot of fun making this video ;)
