I think I explained it in the article, accounts are being created to just take advantage of the payouts only. They are not contributing to the platform with votes and comments. The accounts need to engage for the platform to work, Steemit can only grow if we help each other. I have no problem with accounts taking Steem from these contests but I want to see some effort to help the community grow, we all benefit if that happens. If the account was genuine it would be doing that.
