I thought I should have my hand at this contest. To understand whom I am, then we must understand who I am not.
I am Not A Name
Though people identify me by many names, yet am not those names. They are just identification marks of me. Call me Meshack, Mesh or whatever. I am not those names though I will respond to them.
Am Not My Educational Status
That degree, PHD, doctorate is not me. They accompany my names to identify me further but are not me. Without those Education landmarks, am still me.
Am Not God.
Yeah, I happen not to be God. He is higher than me and even saying this to me is blasphemy. God is far much all knowinh, all powerful and all present. Am not.
Am not the devil either.
Am Not Those Virtues Like Love, Faithfulness etc
Those happen to be virtues in me but are not me. I have them though. I live them too. But am not those ones.
Am Not Some Bad Habits.
Though I steal yet I won't answer to the word thief. Mark you, we are all thieves minus the opportunity. Am not all those bad things that I do.
Who Am I?
I may be some or all those things mentioned combined together. This is only because people know me by them. Yet I am a spirit. I happen to be the breath mentioned in Genesis 2:7 and John 4:24. I am also the modelled clay by God. When I pass on, the spirit will be with God and the body wilĺ go back to dust.
i will need to do a full-blown reading over time. i decided to just stop by a bit for now. The turn-out has kept growing (currently around 130 posts that i have to read and counting and support with vote but i submit all entries to some friends as well to support. The experience has been awesome. I will come back for a full blown comment to empower you when i fully read. This is beyond a contest, so there will be a ton of variations to participate in, for fun, community and ultimately to bring about success in every facet, steemit and beyond. The whole endeavor is a curriculum from "school of life", raw down-to-earth stuff, without books involved; stemming from unadulterated love for humans; humans.

Well done friend, I love your approach of telling who you are not and your absolutely correct, names, degrees , titles are for use by others.
I find the best way to know a person is to know the company they keep, if a person is in the company of their God, that tells me all I need to know about them. God is good company to keep.
