What is the biggest problem with loyalty programs from brands, most of the time these points go to waste with no use because either they expire before use or have no liquidity and use for the customer. My personal experience and many other customers has been we have not many ways to spend these points, only a particular item is available to buy from these and if we aren't using it these are thrown away. The people who are committed to only one brand can make use of these schemes. Although this sector has grown tremendously but it is fragmented and all over the place, with no central organization.
