I'm so excited!

A Little Background Info

I am Precious and i live in Lagos, Nigeria. i joined steemit in January of 2018 and i've had wonderful experiences thus far, i've made wonderful friends and family and i have my untalented story of growth and perseverance in the hard times.

The concept of Angels on the blockchain came from my experiences and my faith in the blockchain, I believe steemit is a living Organism, Its a growing community that interacts and connects on different intimate and social levels. We have people being impacted daily by all the content and interaction happening on the platform. Its amazing!.
i have experiences of people literally putting a smile on my face, starting from @doris-adioha who introduced me to steemit, to @ehiboss and @ogoowinner who were my inspiration and helped me stay on the platform, providing the right environment @genesisproject . So many other amazing people coming through at times when i never expected it, @turpsy, @pangoli, @zizymena, @rosyblessing, @ewuoso, @jeaniepearl, @samminator, @surpassinggoogle, @surfyogi and so many others changing the world a smile at a time.

An angel is anyone who has impacted you positively in a remarkable way

This is my oppportunity to give on the blockchain and i'm excited about it.

My Own Angel on the Blockchain story

Ok, being a Nigerian Youth Corp member, i sought more ways to grow and become more independent. I attended an expo recently where i learnt about online marketing, e-trading and other amazing opportunities. But as you know, nothing runs without money most times so the company reached out to me last week and said they can percieve my interest in the academy and would love me to join the training, so they gave a deal considering i'm a Corp member, Instead of paying about 100,000 Naira i.e about 100SBD i was told to pay about 70,000 Naira i.e about 80SBD to pay for my studies and fund my account, thats my own need.
So i also need an angel and we all do but you know it is more blessed to give than to receive and i know i'm not the only one who needs love on the blockchain, There are #teardrops everywhere and we all have opportunities to do something about it.
So let's share the love!

Great step you took here

I decided to give this contest a shot basically because I see it as avenue to express my acceptance and gratitude toward the kindness of some great guys

Sometimes around year 2017, I attended the first Steemit event (Steemit in Nigeria 1) which took place in OAU Ile-ife, Osun State. I was somewhat new to this environment and hadn't enough earnings to fund my Tfare and Feeding for the two days. But I garnered all that I had and made it to the event.
Meanwhile, my budget for feeding was 500 Naira (about $1.50) for the two days considering the supposedly fact that food is cheap over there. I had 3,000 naira inclusive of feeding to take me from Lagos to Osun State and back.

I knew quite well it's a risk I was about taking but the joy of meeting new people especially @genesisproject Team and the Nigerian Curator - @gbenga overwhelmed me that I couldn't mind the risk. @ewuoso took care of my accommodation. More reason I hold him in high esteem even when he gets naughty.

At noon of the arrival day, @gbenga offered to pay the bills for our meal. We were about 7 to 8 people if I could recall. Each person's menu cost at least 1,300 naira. We ate and felt good. But deep inside me, no one knew how much @gbenga put joy on my mind.

At night, we saw the movie sponsored by @ehiboss and maybe Team but I was quite sure he took the lead. One of the best moments on the blockchain ever.

To crown it all, @gbenga did same for us the second day. I couldn't help but kept praying for these guys till date. I got back to Lagos with just 200 Naira and I had spent so little on feeding.

So can anyone agree with me if I say these guys are Angels on the blockchain?
