[CONTEST] The World in 2030 #3 : You and Your Family
Thank you to all the people that entered the second World in 2030 contest.
It was good to see the number of entries increase in the second round of the contest.
All 16 entries made for interesting reading. It was quite fascinating to read so many different perspectives from around the world on what the rest of this decade has in store for us. A number of people are looking to technology to drive positive change in their countries. Others were no so optimistic. Now I want to move on to the final part of this contest. What will it be like in 2030 in you and your family.
What will 2030 bring for you and your family?
I would like to hear your thoughts on what will be happening for you and your family eight years from now.
Write a post with your ideas and predictions for the end of the decade.
This time look at you and your family specifically - not your country or the wider world.
What will change for you by the end of the decade?
Will you be single or married? Will you have children, or even grandchildren?
Will you still be in the same job, or will you have progressed to a better position, or something different altogether?
What new skills will you have acquired?
Will you have new hobbies or pastimes?
Will you and your family be richer, or poorer?
Will you still be living in the same location? In the same house?
How about the rest of your family? Will you still all be together, or spread apart?
You should give your own views and opinions. I don't want to read rewrites of other people's projections.
References to other sources can be included if you want, but I am not looking for a scientific essay.
Posts can be in any language, and should be between 300 and 1000 words.
Any images or graphics used should be copyright free and fully cited.

Rewards
