Day 37 of the Daily Steemit Selfie Challenge begins now!
Our registered players are competing against each other in an elimination endurance contest where their selfies must be posted on a daily basis and must meet the theme qualifications.
Not only must they post their qualifying selfies prior to the deadline to avoid elimination, they are also competing against one another for bonus points.
It is now that we will try to raise the bar a little more, and a few of you may soon be eliminated. Be warned.

This could be the hardest one yet, the longest quick draw, and it's a shortened round too!
I'll spell this one out for you; here's what you'll need:
Besides yourself, you will need the following:
- 3 other people
- 2 animals
- 1 vehicle
- IMPORTANT - The 3 other people and the 2 animals must be on top of the vehicle.
It may be tough, but that's what I'll need from you to stay in the contest! Best wishes!

Alas....his wife was not home, so no point in looking elsewhere since I have already seen several in the contest with big families and no compunction about waking them and putting them to selfie work. LOL

He said "On Top". So I'm just making sure I'm clear on the rules before I go try this. Many people would argue that a person standing "in" the bed of a truck would not be considered being "on top" of the vehicle. Im just going to probably have to use older people in this and I was thinking of the easiest way to do it but not get eliminated on a technicality. Im just really used to taking words literally and to the T. In law books there is a HUGE difference between the words "shall" arrest and "may" arrest. Many officers will forget which word was used in a statute and it could cost them dearly. I was just making sure I could use the bed of my truck is all lol.

No apologies needed my man, it's all good! Good lookin out by your mom, she may have saved you! I should have changed my photo because I know most people didnt like it but its not a big deal to be. I handle guns like most people handle their cell phones or something else that they are really familiar with. Im just really comfortable and familiar with firearms. But I will admit that it doesn't look good from the eyes of someone that doesn't really know me. I knew pepper wasn't going to vote for that pic but I left it up for the sole purpose of my wife in the background lol. That was totally unscripted. I read the quick draw instructions, pulled out my gun, took the pic and saw her behind me and thought it was priceless lol. Speaking of paranoid...reminds me of when I was younger and first started smoking weed. I had some of the most awful paranoid bad trips you could imagine! Not sure if it was the strain or what. But this was 20+ years ago. The more recent experiences didn't have those effects.
They told me in hunter saftey a few rules that you definitely violated, but Im sure you had the saftey on 😉

The story arc with your wife is really great, I can tell you guys are having a blast - thays really what its all about - coming together with real people and having a great time! Keep the creativity coming - I think you've earned every bonus point so far - creating entire scenes even!

I once had a confrontation with a professor here in The USA because I took his words to mean exactly what they said in good English, but he meant something completely different! Well guys, I had a feeling that this was going to happen and sure enough, it did! As some of you know, I have several health complications that make life really difficult sometimes. Although I'm considered to be disabled, I try not to act like it. I have yet to find that happy medium that my body will tolerate. I pushed myself too hard the other day while harvesting firewood for the winter and have been stuck in the bed since. So needless to say, I'm passing the torch on to @otage to take over the 1st place points leader. I have had a blast participating in this and I have met some really cool people. This really saddens me to have to do this but I have no choice. Good luck to everyone and thank you for your kindness!

I did it! I had to drive about 20 miles... but I found 3 people and two rats! And it was getting pretty late on a school night, but ...

I started contacting folks I knew that might have smaller critters. I kept coming up empty...
I thought I was going to have to capture two lady spiders from my garage (we know each other, kinda, so it'd be cool) and walk a mile to the Charter School at lunchtime and grab a few teachers. (I would have no car tomorrow...)
Luckily, I was talking to my friend Andrea (the one in the middle above) and mentioned what I was trying to do... Then she offered. It was quite the organization to get it done! I'm super glad it happened before bed. Now I can relax. 😴
