The Steem Blockchain has a very quick feel to it. While each transaction is kept on the blockchain forever, we all just seem to live in the moment, maybe not thinking more than within the 7 day payout window.

My project might change that idea, but I am curious to how well it would be received. I'm curious to whether people might put time into something that might not reward them short-term upvotes, but to be part of something the whole community might be excited about.
