There is a bit of wiggle room in the 40, I just want to find people who are at the point where they aren't sure if they should continue or not, and that's usually in the 30-40 range when they're first dipping their toes in the water. Into the 40's and 50's, I think most of us have committed to one point or another to be productive citizens here.
