this a good idea, but what of between the said time, steemit blockchain has not activate the account of such newbie, and secondly, what is the intention of this program, what is the purpose or your expectation?
If you do what is necessary, it will not take up to 7 days for the account to be activated. Even if that happens, the referral bonus program is a weekly thing, so, u can enter for the following week.
