Fatherfaith Referral Bonus (FRB) 2
It's the second edition of the referral bonus giveaway from the stable of the one and only @fatherfaith. FRB rewards steemians for inviting new members to join steemit.
FRB 2 will run through 22nd November to 28th of November 2017. Every steemians that want to enjoy this bonus are expected to submit there list of invited newbies members within this period.
How to participate
Participants will invite new members to join steemit and these new members have to sign up within the period of the contest which is 22nd November to 28th of November 2017.
The username of the invited members must be dropped as comment on this post on or before the deadline which is 28th of November 2017.
Reward
50% of the amount generated from this post will be distributed to all the participants in Steem Dollars (SBD) according to the number of new members invited.

this a good idea, but what of between the said time, steemit blockchain has not activate the account of such newbie, and secondly, what is the intention of this program, what is the purpose or your expectation?
If you do what is necessary, it will not take up to 7 days for the account to be activated. Even if that happens, the referral bonus program is a weekly thing, so, u can enter for the following week.
It is obvious that the purpose of the program is to grow the community by encouraging people to invite new members
