I did.some genealogy research, but all my family has been here in the US for several generations, So it was pretty easy. Good luck with yours!
ancestry.com is pretty awesome for putting some of the pieces together
I did all mine back in the day and traveled to courthouses and libraries and looked through microfilm! I should dig out my books some time and compare what I have to Ancestry.
