Water is life.
The main difference between the Earth and other planets is the presence of water - the source of life. It was water that played an important role in the decision of aliens to land on our planet, since after an ecological disaster on an alien planet, there was practically no water left and humanoids were forced to look for a new home. The aliens flew in in capsule-like spaceships that allowed them to lie down on the ocean floor and wait for the right moment to take over the planet. They were few, few survived the catastrophe, but their advanced civilization significantly surpassed the civilization of our planet, and its capture was only a matter of time. And this time has come, thanks to their higher intelligence, they staged a number of catastrophes on Earth on a planetary scale. And then, just in time, the aliens arrived, they came out of the water and offered to fulfill an old dream of mankind - resettlement to other planets, outside the solar system. People rushed into deep space, and humanoids are perfectly located on planet Earth with a large supply of water.
