It's literally a reskin of a the main character from a phone game called mystic messenger, simply right click the image and search google for image.
I think you should try making some original content rather than someone elses art but im no police though

I know... People seemed to have missed the instruction to DRAW an avatar, not use an online app to reskin an avatar. That I can do myself.
