Finding decent channels to watch on YouTube is sometimes finding quality content on Steemit ;-)
And you've really opened up a pandora's box with this question.
Although this isn't an official entry into this comp I like to see witnesses.
Pay their server bills
Re-invest their extra SP into the community, by supporting projects, creating new ones and taking a selfless-approach to the Steem Community.
Step outside their circle jerks and look for other opportunities to support new Steemians as they are really the ones that have the enthusiasm to drive us forward.
What they shouldn't do: I don't believe a Top 20 witness should own a voting bot. EVER!
