Contest -Create a Clipart 19-March-2018
Hi steemit Now i'm participating in a Creative contest in which is to create a clipart mine I did it with materials and a little drawing:
these are the materials that you use:
1-step:
first cut two circles one with black cardboard and the other white for the body and head of the penguin.

2-Step:
proceeded to paste the pieces and I added a bow and some button shines
ready
