Contest alert!!! introducing ''steemit post of the week''

For the past months i've been on steemit, ive been thinking about a contest i can bring to the community. i didn't just want to introduce any contest, especially bringing in something that has been trending already, for example= the pictures, selfies, music challenge etc. I wanted to introduce a contest with a different concept and idea, I wanted to bring in something that will really benefits each and every participant even if you are not the winner.

Participating in steemit post of the week, gives you the opportunity to promote your post and your blog, even when you happen not to be the winner, it gives you the privilege to put out one of your post every week for others to curate and resteem. Because one of the rules in the contest is, ''every participant has to upvote and resteem at least one post".

FYI (for your information) being a winner at the contest at any giving time, doesn't mean your post is the best post on steemit. Its just a post the judges see's fit to win the contest for that week. Remember this is just a contest!!

What is steemit post of the week?- and our aim

#Steemitpostoftheweek is a contest created especially for the minnows, to help them promote one of their post every week and also earn themselves more recognition. I also believe this contest will really help a lot of people to improve on their writing and give in their best in other to win because no one loves to lose.

Every week i will drop a theme for the contest, and you put out a post that best fits the theme of the contest for that week. For example if the theme for the week is " MOTIVATIONAL" you only have to drop a post that has to do with motivation.

How to participate
All you have to do is comment and drop a link to your post.

Rules

1. Every participant must comment and resteem the contest post.
2. The link to the post must be your original post (no copy and past)
3. You must upvote and resteem at least one post from other participant.
4. Only one entry is allowed.

Any participant who failed to abide by the rules will be eliminated.
