depends on the currency you want to introduce to your workers, a currency like steem is versatile, you can pay for products, check out @gardenofeden blog for products they sell with steem and there are other shops like paywithsteem.com. and again the steem blockchain has a lot of usable applications like steemit (social network platform) dtube (video uploads) dsound etc etc. with steem the practicality is visible
Can't believe that I didn't think of Steem! You mentioned the fact that you can purchase products using steem, do you have any personal examples that you care to provide?
like i said check out @gardenofeden blog and also paywithsteem.com is i think under construction, the want to make an amazon style marketplace where you can shop with steem. also check out steemshop.com, they are actually alot others but thats a few i can remember right now.
