WINNER Announced for the Actifit Video Contest! (Steem Onboarding and Blocktrades Contest)
Hi Friends!
First of all, I just want to say a massive thank you to @mcfarhat of @actifit for helping me run this contest! There was so many incredible entries, and you guys made it near impossible for us to choose a winner.
What was the contest all about?
The @steemonboarding team is running a series of contests - alternating on both mine and @anomadsoul's page - to get amazing, promotional videos for the various Dapps running on the Steem blockchain so that we can feature them on our site.
We want to say another massive thank you to @blocktrades for sponsoring this contest series and offering such great rewards to participants. The winner will get three 100% upvotes from blocktrades and Actifit generously threw in 1000 AFIT tokens to the winner as well.
We are very excited to promote and feature @actifit on the Steem Onboarding website.
I personally think Actifit will be one of the most valuable Steem projects as it continues to develop. Most people I know use a fitness tracker of some sort - but most of them are simply tracking for their own knowledge. Once they realize they can find a like minded community and can earn cryptocurrency by sharing their fitness experiences - then that will be a massive game changer!

Wow congrats to @ashtv! What a great video!! I love actifit and think its one of the best projects we have here on Steemit. Nice that you add it on @steemonboarding as well. Will you do one about steemitworldmap as well? Is there a page where I can see all videos you have collected so far?

What is steemitworldmap? I’ll have to look deeper in to it.

I don’t tend to make videos for STEEM unless they’re promotional in content but my plan is to make more :)

I’ll be honest @aussieninja and say that your video was the first entry I saw and I was a little put off because it was so good! I nearly didn’t go out and film anything!
Your heart and enthusiasm for fitness came across in a such an effortless way and charming way. For me it wasn’t always about the shots or video aspect - it was about YOU and your story that was totally engaging. I loved it and honestly felt a bit lacking, coming from a total newbie perspective!
Yours was my favourite on this man!
