What in the past was a dream portrayed in films of the last century as the "Bicentennial Man" and films of this century as "I Robot", today is a reality that little by little is built thanks to the effort and dedication of great visionaries.

Many could wonder still, is it really an achievement for all of us the development of AI, or it will benefit only big companies? The answer to this question can be found with the Effect Network’s Project, pioneers in development of the democratization of AI and its applications for the entire community.

Effect.AI introduces an innovative concept to build the AI, an open and decentralized network that offers services and solutions adapted to the needs of millions of people worldwide.

• The first thing that is done is to assign the users a fragment of videos to identify the exact number of accidents within the city. This will allow later identification of the exact moments (Time and date) and the places of accidents occurrence.

• Then the videos where accidents are recorded will be analyzed to detect in which accidents are involved: Pedestrians-cars, Motorcycles-cars, Motorcycles-Pedestrians or all other possible combinations. This will enable to identify which is the most common scenario for traffic accidents.

• Finally, additional information would be requested, such as vehicle brands, vehicle types, vehicle colors, driver's sex or any information deemed relevant or valuable for the diagnosis.

Thanks to this in a couple of days the exact information for the Mayor to take an accurate decision is available: number of accidents within the city, area with the highest frequency of accidents, hours of the day where accidents are more frequent, type of vehicles most involved in accidents and all the information considered necessary to give a solution to this problem.

Thanks to this the safety of drivers and pedestrians within the city is improved.
