Steemit Poets United :OUR FIRST Weekly Contest Update+Reminder + (this post goes to the prize pool) support please.

Hey all . It has been 3 days already since we have our FIRST POETRY CONTEST Open For Submissions hosted by @poetrybyjeremy .

First I want to thank to all of the lovely poets that have entered the contest already.

Only for the First three days we have an astonishing 23 entries. (Keep On Submitting Fellow Poets we are 130 Members now I expect at least 50 of you to enter our first competition. Good Luck to all. )

We have quite a lot of lovely entries on our hands and I think you guys made it really hard for the judges to decide who will be the winner.

I am happy that the contestants are visiting each others poems and commenting. So the conversation is already on and the main purpose of the contest is well served. People are socializing and that is great.
Furthermore we have been receiving some praise for the quoted prompts which came out of our community poets previous posts featured in Best Poems Of The week Edition Or in Other of Steemit Poets United Issues.

The Prize Pool of the competition stands now at decent 11SBD (7-3 -1) 1st , 2nd , 3rd Places.

All of the SBD from this post will be Donated to the Prize pool for the next week as I have donated 6 SBD for the one running . I think that the prize it is important and motivates a lot of poets to give their real best aiming for the top. So it might sound a bit capitalist but money really tend to make people give best effort.
