The problem with your analysis is that this isn't the first technologically advanced time period on this planet.

I don't see how this effects my theory at all. I have seen lectures about a massive civilization that lived in south africa with tons of ruins left over, that is supposedly dated at almost 300,000 BC. They seem also to have used advanced technology and worshiped a winged serpent. I wonder if a prolonged flood is the reason things seem to date so much older and appear that much more eroded, but if it is not, then there is your evidence that a civilization much akin to Nimrod's Babylon existed before, and it would help me very much in figuring out where Nimrod learned all the secrets of magic and the universe that he must have known.

It's certainly what they seem to want us to believe as they are constantly showing us the ouroboros, and if true, then it makes sense that this story would take place 700 years after a flood.
