after intense backlash from the media and from Texas representatives including the Texas Lt Governor stating "go ahead and do it" basically, the mayor has backed down from his original statements. Texas, if it was a country would be the world's 9th largest economy, Portland on the other hand makes mostly artisanal products that nobody really wants.
