We Are Live Again!
Until now I have basically locked down this account other then to make the single upvote needed to reset the feed to steemd and steemworld so they weren't showing 100%. Haven't been commenting or voting to allow this account to recharge as fast as possible.
The MinnowBuilder Program IMO is more important now then ever. Everyone needs a way to grow their accounts and as smaller accounts are going to be much more selective about the votes they cast and even semi larger accounts are more likely to cast less total vote (but for larger amounts) to keep their RC level higher. Means unless you are in the inner circle with people it's going to be harder to get added votes. So the Redfish we are helping are going to have a harder time to start/continue their growth. MinnowBuilder will hopefully fill part of this gap that has been created.
To be fair IMO it's WAY to early to pass judgement on this HF. It took me a couple days to wrap my head around this fact, but seriously so many things changed that it's hard to know exactly where we stand in terms of the effects of this update. Lets debate how good or bad @ned and company did here in 30 days once we see the true effects and after things balance out a little.
Votes Have Started Again!
For votes to stay live we need 2 things to happen, the account must be over 80% VP and we need SteemAuto up and running. As the VP just broke 80% there is a chance that it will fall below 80% with some larger votes that are cast. Once back over 80% votes will start again. Sorry, but this one is luck of the draw. If you want to verify you will get paid at posting check the VP of the account first.
RC/Mana Not an Issue
We will not have any issues with the new RC/Mana percentages as we don't comment when we vote. As the votes are limited to 1 per day per person and we rarely post or comment we will not have any issues moving forward. Our RC level is at 100% currently and have cast 3 votes already today.

Really glad that I've seen minnowbuilder functioning again👍👍👍 yesterday I cast 10 votes at 50 and 100% and I try to do self-vote to see what will happen with the result next week.

Back to normal for this account as there is plenty of RC's for what this account needs to do. As a whole no we aren't back to normal.
Now in terms of growth, @minnowbuilder (main account) will always have 1 post per week minimum talking about the redfish who are being supported and this holds true for all of the Minnow Builder accounts.
If you have ownership in a minnowbuilder account (you bought shares) it only makes sense to upvote these posts. Account growth of the account means higher future votes and higher share value if at some point down the road you want to cash out.
As for individuals and account growth. I think that it's going to be a little slower for the near future until everyone gets back to posting, voting, and engaging. But I do believe that in the end things will work themselves out.
Yes.. I think we still need time to see the equilibrium on this ecosystem😊 in my mind, I'd rather save my steem to buy more and more shares in the future, Cause I found it very useful for my growth.. because no matter how good I engage with others and I show my respect to members of the community by upvote or comments, still.. I haven't seen any great change, I don't wait for any promotional posts to upvote more than one posts from an account in a week before, but no feedback.. seems like I interact with the celebrities who only cares for their own circle friends 😂
But, still.. I'mnot worry about my growth, everyone is struggling too, and I don't have to change my behaviour on appreciating other steemians in the pifc community or asapers. I posted but none of the community upvoted.. that's fine. Once a week, an entry to pifc is enough, even though I saw only few participants really put attention on other featured bloggers😁 thanks God, the judges didn't choose those kind of participants as winners.
i have a question about minnowbuilder, I bought 2 shares and there are minnowbuilder 2 and 3.. shall I buy another shares from that account? Or is there a possibility to buy another share in @minnowbuilder only?
Engagement is hard and takes time to build up a relationship with people. So don't feel bad about that. Know there are some people I put serious effort into trying to engage with in the past and nothing ever came of it...not even a single returned upvote. So after a while you learn who they are and move on.
As for where you buy your next shares. We are having open rounds of share sales 1 account at a time. This keeps things organized for myself and Andrew. Right now it's MB2, but if you wait 8 days or so it will be MB3. I would suggest trying to buy 5-6 shares or more in an account vs the minimum in MB2 and then maybe getting into MB3 also with 3 there. Right now the minimum is set to 3 shares and will stay this way.
But please do keep powering up also. The minnow builder program is designed to help redfish power up and get to minnow status asap. A little here and there

I learned about it since I joined the pifc and always get me exciting.. if you look at how the people on the post promotion on discord interact through upvote and comments.. there's no genuine support but mutualism 😆 that's why I don't put my post on the channel all the time.
Well.. 3 shares minimum is gonna be hard for small fishes, but who knows? I'd keep powering up like I did before when I need my 100 SP😊. Thanks for your encouraging comment😊

(I'm running a contest on @newbiegames, and it would be nice to be able to give out @minnowbuilder shares to the winner. That way it' not always the same price, and the @minnowbuilder initiative will get more name-fame.
@minnowbuilder3 will be the next account we are selling share in. We did figure out a flaw with steemauto and using them for the voting. The vote value for 1 share wasn't high enough to cast. 2 is working even after the 50 vest tax went into place...was worried it wouldn't but it is.
Had put a 3 share minimum in place for @minnowbuilder2 last week to avoid issues, but think 2 shares will be fine going forward after watching votes the last couple days.
So would 2 share prizes work? That would be 2 steem per prize and we could arrange something to allow for a preset number of share at 1 steem for you.
