This looks awesome! I'll be checking into it further. I love that you're rewarding your "staff" I think that's super important. In some circles, it seems that wanting any profit is evil. Keep it up! I hope good things for you!

I just wanted to be transparent with everyone and let them know that there is a lot of energy and effort that goes into this project and those who are managing it will need some form of recognition.
Profit is evil when it's malicious and dishonest, profit is brilliant when it's encouraging and used for rewarding effort.
