APOSTOLIC YOUTH ORGANIZATION (AYO) MEETING FOR RAISING FUND'S!
Good day friends and to all of my fellow steemians.
Last November 1st was a no school and non working day, our youth group Apostolic Youth Organization had a meeting about raising funds for our upcoming church anniversary. Every December we have our church anniversary and our young people present and participate in many events.
A lot of suggestions and ideas come from our youth each year. Some are planning to raise funds by cooking and selling a dish called Banana Q. Others plan to hold a garage sale by selling some of their old clothes and belongings, then donating the proceeds to the church.
In this picture the voting is happening after each idea has been presented to the group..
My idea as a Steemian is to raise funds by posting about the event: what they are doing and how each of their ideas did to raise funds.. 100% liquidation of this post will be given to Apostolic Youth Organizations (AYO) to help them raise the necessary funds for the church organization and the projects they help the community with.
- Why are we raising funds?
We are raising funds to make the Church more comfortable and accommodating, such as a much needed paint job, and the money for the food we feed the 200+ people who attend services each week. This is our mission and goal every December, to thank God for His goodness and for all the beautiful things that He did to our lives. Not only for us for all the people around.
Lets thank God for our health and for the beautiful life He gave us.
