I don't think this will in anyway solve the problem because those with just a kid or 2 tend to pamper them which will in turn bring a negative moral and social behavior upon those kids.
We will be happy to know what you think as the solution sir. Looking forwards to that
One of the ways this could be solved is to make everyone to be well informed about what parental care is all about.
Gov can also organise different seminars for pregnant women
And as we all know that the media is powerful, they can use this to orientate the populace
Above all, good orientation is what we need!!!
This can help a little I suggest.
