And what will happen to those who do not fit the new conditions of the club? Are they completely unsupported? Will they have an incentive to write?

Thanks for the answer. We took the idea of creating a club very positively, but the new rules (about 1 month) are so strict that they will cause confusion on the part of most authors, and a lot of work will be added to the community organizers.
If it is too much work for you as a community organizer we can remove your community from the Booming support program. Just let us know if you would prefer that...

Mis saludos y respeto para usted señor curador. Tengo una duda acerca del #club5050. Y es como aquellos usuarios nuevos o que no reciben un constante apoyo se podran activar en esta nueva modalidad, ya que para nadie es un secreto de muchos así como son privilegiados otros no tanto; para crecer dentro de steemit aparte de sumarse el trabajo constante y contenido de calidad, los votos forman parte de ese crecimiento.

Dear @steemcurator01, we in the community organized a fundraiser for a girl Lera with an oncological disease, funds were transferred to me and I took them out for Lera. We managed to collect the required amount and transfer it to Lera, but it turns out that I have a big withdrawal at the beginning of October. It can be seen that these funds were transferred to me from other members of the community, they are not mine and not for me. There is an appropriate note "for Lera" and "for a good deed." I also ran contests and translated steem for the winners. Can I use a tag #club5050? Do I fit the new conditions, in your opinion?

Los felicito por el gran trabajo, no ahí duda de que estas medidas, son para el fortalecimiento de la plataforma y para el crecimiento de cada uno de los que hacemos vida activa en esta gran familia, pero veo que cada vez nos cierran más a algunas personas, por ejemplo en mi casa, soy hijo único, padre de familia y tengo a mi cargo a mis 2 padres quienes son ancianos, dependen de una pensión del gobierno que para nadie es un secreto que en venezuela, ese pago es una completa burla, por lo que yo, mediante Dios he corrido con la manutención de ellos, yo trabajaba al gobierno, por tal situación, me vi en la obligación, de volverme un trabajador independiente, en ese momento de crisis, conocí steemit, fue una luz en la oscuridad, no conocía de la importancia de encender nuestras recompensas, pues prácticamente entre solo a la plataforma, mis publicaciones se basan en trabajos de pintura, reciclaje y manualidades, por lo que requiero de inversión, hace poco me uni al # club5050 encendiendo la mitad de todo lo que poseía en mi monedero, con la intención de recibir apoyo y continuar con el compromiso, de encender el 50% de las recompensas que obtenga, pero no he conseguido ningún voto, he hecho lo posible de no retirar lo que me queda, pero es imposible en venezuela, actualmente, sobrevivo gracias a steemit, tengo 40 años y me ha sido difícil conseguir un empleo, pero estas medidas cada vez se cierran más, por que sin recibir apoyo, como no gastaría mi 50% si no he recibido apoyo, espero esto no moleste a todo el equipo de trabajo, pero creo que deberian se un poco más flexible, pero sin que se pierda el horizonte de la meta que se quiere conseguir, en otras oportunidades, realicé encendidos, participe en los encendidos de algunas comunidades, y nunca fue bien visto, solo una, por que contenía la etiqueta de charity, es difícil cumplir con estas pautas, pero no imposible, pero sin apoyo es difícil avanzar.
