This is a little something different than the usual video clip share on this blog. This is something amazing and special, but is meant for a very specific audience. While doodling Dream last night I literally just happened upon this video while doing a search for Sandman motion comics to have playing in the background as I drew, instead I was treated to this amazing video below which I watched with full attention before going back to draw.
In issue #6 of The Sandman by Vertigo / DC Comics, things get scary awesome. While part of a larger story arc, this particular tale works on it's own, but without context may be even more crazy than it already is. DC Comics did their own blog post about this specific story, which you can read in full here, has this blurb about this story:

To give just the bare minimum amount of information for you to understand what is going on, Justice League / Justice Society villain Doctor Destiny escaped Arkham Asylum and has The Sandman's dreamstone with powers that he should not be in possession of, and is in a diner.
