Yet another comic I’ve never seen before! Definitely looks unique!
It's funny you use the word unique, if you look a bit further back Marvel had a four issue set called "Marvels" that featured the same writer Kurt Busiek as well as the main painting artist Alex Ross, it looks like Dynamite Entertainment made sure the look and feel was very similar:
