So my endgame is being able to 3d scan action figure parts and upload schematics and be able to just print what I need.
you really set your life goals high.
Lol the thing is it really is a super crazy goal. If we can set up a database of various parts it could drastically change the customizing community forever. If I decided to sell the models it could be an amazing source of income too.

There is a website called Thingiverse that has tons of stuff. It's an open source 3D designer community. There is also a free cad program called Tinker cad that is pretty user friendly.
Not sure if that helps at all.
Ive been on thingiverse a bunch already. Haven't heard of Tinker yet
